Super-charged Content…
Writing for Anker required a detailed understanding of power banks and charging technology. This was a relatively technical piece that required balancing - I had to incorporate a large volume of product detail while retaining a human feel in the finished piece.
It was in the introduction and conclusion that I could really let my creative muscles work. The client wanted naturalism while keeping one eye on SEO and the sales funnel, which I achieved. They were happy with the tone and feel of the finished article, and we completed several more together over the following months.

Royally Humourous Writing…
This humorous, historical account of the Duke of Kent needed writing with a light-hearted, lively feel to help sell their product - royal titles as novelty gifts.
The company had previously had a well-loved writer who had established the direction of the blog as pithy, detail-oriented, dry British humour. The challenge for me was to mimic the tone of this content, delve into the historic detail and recreate the essence of the existing pieces.
I enjoyed the project, and the client was happy with the quality of the work - I went on to write many more pieces for the site over several months.
